| 摘 要： | 教师专业化成长可用函数表示：成长=（信念,学习,积累,反思,研究）。信念、学习、积累、反思、研究是自变量,教师成长是因变量,是自变量的函数。专家学者型教师和一般教师在这五个方面表现出很大的差异,从而形成了完全不同的专业化成长轨迹。

Expert teachers and common teachers are greatly different in these five aspects, so they have different professional growth trajectory. |
