| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会的快速发展,散杂居少数民族工作出现了民族政策不易普及、优惠政策过时、民族习俗得不到充分尊重等问题。要大力推进民族工作就必须强化民族团结宣传教育、完善民族权益保障立法、创新民族工作体制、健全民族工作监督机制。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of our society,many problems have appeared in the dispersed and mixed minority work such as the difficulty of national policies to popularize,being out of date of national preferential policies and being not fully respected of national customs.In order to vigorously promote national work,we should strengthen national unity propaganda,perfect national rights and interests and legislation,innovate national work system and sound national work supervision mechanism. |
