| 摘 要： | 从调研中引出讨论的问题，进而分析paraphrase的含义及在英语教学中的重要作用，然后通过实例，重点对教学中paraphrase的对象进行论述。笔者认为paraphrase的对象是一些难于理解的词或词组、一些不同的句式、一些特殊形式虚拟语气句子和一些修辞句。只有弄清楚了paraphrase的对象，才能进行正确的paraphrase教学，切实提高学生的综合语言能力。
