| 摘 要： | 通过对科学的价值取向变化的分析，指出民生科技是在生活科学基础上融合了与民生问题直接相关的技术，是科技与人民生活实际真正结合起来的产物，并进一步界定了民生科技的特征、内容和分类。归纳发达国家民生科技的发展模式．认为中国民生科技的发展离不开政府推动、全民创新和科技管理体制的改革。
