| 摘 要： | 开放教育教学管理是开放教育教学质量的重要保障。文章从管理队伍、管理对象、管理内容、管理手段、管理时空等五个方面将开放教育条件下的教学管理同传统的教学管理进行了比较研究，提出了地市级电大的开放教育教学管理模式框架。

| Abstract: | The open-education teaching management is the important guarantee for the open-eduation teaching quality. In this paper, the author presents a comparative research on the open-education teaching management with the traditional teaching management from the following aspects such as managerial unit, managerial contents, managerial objectives, managerial means and managerial time & distance, and puts forward the framework of regional or municipal television university's open-education teaching management modes. |
