高校生医类实验仪器的维修管理初探

为了解决高校生命科学与医学(生医类)实验仪器维修费用高维修任务重的问题,基于实验室仪器科技含量高、结构复杂、品种层次多、数量大等特点,针对生医类实验室仪器管理存在管理员综合素质低、人为故障多、仪器保养少、维修档案无等主要问题,从加大实验室环境建设投入、提高实验室管理人员的综合素质、加强操作者自身动手能力的培养、建立健全维修档案等方面,论述了生医类实验室仪器管理的对策。

Maintenance Management of Biomedical Lab Instruments in Universities

In order to address the problem of high maintenance costs and hard risk of biomedical lab instruments in universities,problems existed in the management were pointed out based on characteristics of biomedical lab instruments with high technology,complicated structure,large quantity and variety.A primary discussion was made on these problems,including the increase of investment so as to improve lab environment,the improvement of synthetic capability of laboratory administrator,the strengthening of the training of student operative ability and establishment of reward and punishment mechanism,and establishment and improvement of maintenance archives.
