| 摘 要： | 该文通过建构区域科技创新评价指标体系,测算出唐山市2000-2004年科技创新综合指数。随后分析了唐山市科技创新与经济社会发展的关系。结果显示唐山市科技创新对经济社会发展起到了积极的促进和影响作用。随着科技创新能力增强,唐山市的经济增长速度大幅上升、单位GDP能耗明显下降对永续发展的贡献加大,同时显著降低了各种主要工业污染物的排放强度并提高其排放达标率,空气质量上升人们生存环境质量有较大改观。 |

| Abstract: | With the establishment of an evaluation index system for regional science and technology innovation, this paper estimates the comprehensive indices of regional science and technology innovation in Tangshan city from 2000 to 2004. Then it makes some analyses on the relationship between the regional science & technology innovation and the social-economic development.
