高校人力资源激励机制问题与对策

摘    要:高校人力资源激励机制存在层次和结构单一,忽视组织文化和工作环境建设,缺乏有效的约束机制,考核指标偏重数量、忽视质量,主观因素过多、随意现象严重等问题。因此,有必要对现有的激励机制做进一步的完善,真正让激励作为一种管理手段充分发挥其在高校人力资源开发中的作用。

Abstract:The incentive mechanism of human resources in institutions of higher learning,with too many examination indexes,low quality,too many subjective factors and optional regulations,is simple in level and structure,overlooks the construction of organizational culture and working environment and is short of effective restrictive mechanism.Thus,it is necessary to further complete current incentive mechanism and to make the incentive mechanism,as a real management method,play an important role in human resources development in institutions of higher learning.
