| 摘 要： | 将工程师资格培训与本科工程教育相结合,在应用型本科材料类相关专业学生中进行铸造工程师培训,实践证明,该方式是提高本专业教学质量、培养工程技术人才、满足企业实际需要的成功尝试,同时为高校的教育教学改革提供了良好的借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | Probational casting engineer training was developed in application-oriented institutes,which made the engineer qualification certification and training combine with engineering education.Practice in our institute proved that it was a successful attempt for improving specialist teaching quality,cultivating engineering personnel and satisfying the demand of corporation.It also provided a favorable reference for education and teaching reform in college. |
