摘    要:本文从学位等级划分,升级学分限制,以及非正常毕业学生的等级划分等三个方面介绍了英国苏格兰的Strathclyde大学的教学管理制度的特点,通过与国内高校的相应的教学管理制度进行对比分析,提出教学管理制度的建设比学生的个人品质和自律能力的提升更能有效的促进高校的优良的学风建设。

Abstract:This paper introduces three aspects of course regulations of University of Strathclyde in Scotland of UK,which includes final honours degree classifications,the course progression and the other awards except the honours degree.Comparing with the course regulations in Chinese university,we think the course regulation construction can be more effective for the better study at mosphere than the improvement of students’personality and self-discipline ability.
