摘    要:实践教学是高校人才培养的重要手段,独立学院因其自身的差异性,应探索相适应的实践教学体系。设置食品工程与机械综合大实验,集设计性、创新性、综合性为一体,对于培养学生的自主学习能力、团队合作能力、综合应用能力起到了很好的作用。

Abstract:Practice teaching is an important approach for colleges and universities to cultivate talents.It’s necessary for independent college to search the correspond practice teaching system due to its differentiation from mother college.Comprehensive experiments of food engineering and machinery integrate the designability,innovateion and comprehensiveness,and the using of three-nature experiments have played a great role in training students’ autonomous learning,collaboration and application ability.
