旅行社产品质量管理的系统化研究

摘    要:产品质量逐渐取代价格成为旅行社获得竞争优势的基础,而目前旅行社在产品质量建设中存在着顾此失彼的现象,系统论思想可以有效解决旅行社质量建设中存在的难题。旅行社产品质量问题蕴藏在产品设计、开发乃至售后的整个过程中,必须分析质量建设的系统结构,使影响质量的各个要素协调发展,才能达到质量提升的目的。

Abstract:Product quality rather than price is the basis for travel agencies to gain competitive ad-vantages .However ,the current product quality construction in travel agencies isn't perfect .The sys-tem theory can solve the difficult problems effectively in the quality construction of travel agencies . Quality problems exist in the whole process of product design ,product development and after service . T herefore ,the systematic structure of quality construction should be analyzed and every factor that influences the quality should be coordinated in order to achieve the goals of improving the quality .
