摘    要:当前,我国中小学教师招聘实行地方单独招聘,各地的招聘模式因之有异。其中,青岛和南京的招聘模式差异明显。对二者的招聘需求、招聘过程和考试内容进行分析,有助于深化对我国中小学教师招聘模式的思考,在实践层面提高招聘的有效性、公平性、全面性和多样性。

Abstract:Nowadays, Chinese teachers in middle and primary schools are recruited independently according to the local needs. Therefore, the recruitment models are different from place to place, among which the recruitment difference between Qingdao and Nanjing is obvious. Analyzing their recruitment needs, recruitment process and exams content is helpful to deepen the thoughts on the teachers recruitment models in Chinese middle and primary schools and improve the efficiency, fairness, comprehensiveness and diversity of the recruitment on practical levels.
