| 摘 要： | “以生为本”是关国高校学生事务工作的核心理念并体现在学生事务管理目标、组织架构以及各项具体工作中。在强调遵纪守法的前提下，美国高校倡导“自由”“民主”“平等”和学生主体作用的发挥。美国高校学生事务工作“全人发展”的服务特色，对丰富我国高等院校学生服务内涵、形成具有中国特色的高职教育学生服务体系有着积极的推动作用。

| Abstract: | In American colleges, student-orientation is the core concept which is embodied in management objectives, organizational structure of student affairs and every specific work. On the premise of emphasizing observing law and discipline, American colleges advocate freedom, equality, democracy, and letting the students play the main role. ＂All-round development＂ service feature of student affairs in American colleges plays a positive role in enriching the connotation of student service in Chinese colleges and establishing the student service system in higher vocational education with Chinese characteristics. |
