学校特色建设中“特色主题”的研究与启示

基于青岛市市南区36份学校特色建设方案，总结了八种类型的学校特色主题，分析了影响学校进行特色主题选择的内外部因素。针对学校特色建设过程中存在的问题，建议学校深入梳理其历史文化，充分利用校内外资源；教育主管部门在发挥引导作用的过程中要避免对学校施加过大的压力。

Study and Enlightenment of Characteristic Themes in School Characteristics Construction

On the basis of thirty-six characteristics construction plans of Shinan District of Qingdao, this paper summarizes eight types of school characteristic themes and analyzes the internal and external factors which influence the schools choices of characteristic themes. In view of the problems existing in the process of school characteristics construction, this paper suggests that schools should comb their history and culture deeply and make full use of their internal and external resources, and that the educational competent departments should avoid giving too much pressure to the schools in the guiding process.
