西部普通院校大学生职业生涯规划现状调查——以陇东学院大学生为例

通过实证研究表明,西部普通本科院校的大学生在职业生涯规划方面,既有积极可取的方面,也存在着不少问题。其积极方面的表现是竞争和风险意识、职业变动意识增强,自主创业意识、高层次需要逐步显现。存在的主要问题是职业规划定位不切实际,期望值过高;目标定位不准确,缺少职前规划;独立意识淡薄,依赖性强;就业心理压力过大等。文章针对存在的问题,分析了问题产生的原因并提出了相应的对策。

The Presnent Situation Investigation on the Career Planning of Western University Students

The empirical research shows that there are some positive aspects in the career planning of western university students,there are also some proplems.The positive aspects are the strengthening of consciousness of competition,risk and the change of career;the gradual emergence of independent undertaking and high level needs.The main problems existing are high expection of career plan,unrealistic positioning,non-accurate target positioning,the lack of career planning,unclear consciousness of independence,strong consciousness of dependence and the great pressure of obtaining job,etc.Aiming at the existing problems,this paper analyzes the reasons of he problems and puts forward some relevant countermeasures.
