| 摘 要： | 协调发展海洋经济,必须了解海洋经济区域差异现状,厘清差异化形成因素及相应改善措施.根据1996-2011年沿海11个省的相关数据,采用泰尔指数及面板模型发现,海洋经济发展的区域差异符合威廉姆逊的倒“U”形理论,且区域差异主要体现在行政区间上；全社会固定资产投资、保险发展水平和科技水平是海洋经济区域差异化的主要因素,并对长江三角洲区域的促进作用大于环渤海和泛珠三角区域.最后,就协调发展海洋经济提出了简要的政策建议.
