大学教师人文品格的哲学思考

在21世纪,大学不仅是经济的推动力,更是人类的精神家园。中国正处在社会转型和市场经济的建构时期,以此产生的负面文化功能带给大学社会庸俗化和市侩化的不良影响,在此背景下,重提大学教师应具备的精神品格、教学品格和学术品格并从哲学的层面给予重新理解:即三种品格的实质是大学教师的人文品格的具体表现。

Discussion on the human character and morals of university teachers from the viewpoint of philosophy

In the 21st century, the university is the propelling force for economy as well as the spiritual homestead of mankind. Now China is in transition to market economy and the negative effect of the transition on the university community is the emergence of vulgarity and philistinism. In this social background, it is necessary to reconsider the spiritual character, teaching and academic character that university teachers should possess. In essence, these characters are the outer expressions of human character. This paper focuses on the understanding of them from the viewpoint of philosophy.
