| 摘 要： | 本详细阐述了河南电大为适应现代远程开放教育而建立相应的硬件平台过程。从1999年开始建立至今，该系统为促进电大系统的远程教育发展发挥了重大作用。其中的经验对于推动我国电大教育的改革和创新有着重要的现实意义。
