摘    要:黑龙江省教师教育经过层次与结构的调整,逐渐形成高层次的、呈开放性特点的、完整的教师教育体系。但在向高水平高层次迈进时,仍存在职前培养与职后培训相分离、教师教育与基础教育实践相脱离等问题,对此应采取一系列改革措施加以解决。

Abstract:The teachers' education in Heilongjiang province has been reformed with adjustment of administrative levels and structures and thus develops a complete teachers' education system with the characteristics of high level and openness.However,there are also problems such as the disconnection of pre-job education and in-job training,as well as the disconnection of teachers' education and basic education.Reform methods should be taken to solve the problems.
