新时期高校廉洁文化建设探赜

廉洁文化是社会主义先进文化的重要组成部分,高等院校是传播先进文化、传承文明成果、培养栋梁人才的重要基地,积极开展廉洁文化建设,营造良好的育人环境,培养合格的社会主义建设者和接班人,进而推动社会进步有重大意义。当前,高校在廉洁文化建设的过程中,还存在干部廉政不强、师德状况不佳、学生素质不高等现象,成为亟待解决的难题。因而,探寻有效途径和方法,使高校领导干部廉洁从政、教师廉洁从教、学生廉洁从学,是推进学校和谐发展的重要保障。

he culture of incorruption makes very important part of advanced socialistic culture.Institutes are the important foundation for spreading advanced culture,passing on civilization,cultivating talents so it is of great significance to social development to push forward incorruption culture for a better education environment.However,there are still many problems such as low consciousness of incorruption and teachers＇ ethic,as well as students＇ quality.Therefore,it is needed to work out an effective way to improve the awareness of incorruption among leaders,teachers and students,which ensures the harmonious development of the school.
