| 摘 要： | 中小学传统项目课余训练体制,是上海市学校课余训练各种形式中的核心。近年来,传统项目学校的课余训练水平出现“滑坡”,训练效益不高。对此,本文着重分析其内在原因,提出了改革的建议。

| Abstract: | The system of the training after school for the traditional track and field eyents in primary and middle schools is the core of various forms of schools' training after school in Shanghai. In rccent years, the level of the training after school in these schools has been getting lower and the training has been inefficient. For this reason, the present paper has placed emphasis on the analysis of its internal cause and set forward the reformatory suggestions. |
