高校心理委员现状调查及对策分析

目前高校心理委员工作由于相关政策、体制不完善，培训系统体系不健全，出现心理委员专业知识不足、作用发挥不充分、与院系和心理咨询室联系也不紧密的现象。大部分心理委员对自己的职责不太清楚，普遍缺乏心理学基本知识。高校应为心理委员的工作营造良好的工作氛围，健全心理委员的选拔、考核和激励机制，完善心理委员工作的运行机制，加强心理学知识的培训。
