| 摘 要： | 为了培养大学生终身体育思想、促进健康行为,安徽理工大学计划开设养生保健与营养膳食课程。采用问卷调查反馈、逻辑分析法,结果显示大学生养生保健意识强烈、观念正确,对安排的课程学习态度积极,对本课程的价值及其学习的必要性得到肯定;并找出课程存在的不足之处,为今后顺利开展大学生的健康教育提供依据,为针对性地培养大学生健康的生活方式提供参考。
