| 摘 要： | 我国的教育管理体制有其自身的特点,建国以来我国基础教育管理体制大致经历了六次变革,目前的管理体制还需要进一步完善;基础教育管理须进一步完善＂地方负责、分级管理、以县为主＂的体制;合理划分各级政府对基础教育事业的职责权限;转变思想以树立大的基础教育管理观;坚持城乡统筹以促进基础教育协调发展。
