摘    要:本文的研究对象为来自我国中西部16所农村初中的30位英语教师,笔者采用了问卷调查、座谈和文本分析的方法来搜集数据,以了解研究对象目前的科研工作状况,以及他们在教师继续教育中对教科研课程的实际需求.根据调查结果,本文提出了符合农村初中英语教师实际需求的英语教科研方法课程建设方案.

Abstract:The current paper investigates the academic competence of the 30 English teachers from 16 Junior Middle Schools from rural areas.There data collection instrumentations are used:questionnaire,interviews and text-based analysis.Based on the data collected,the writer proposes a detailed teaching plan of the Research Methods in English Teaching course to meet the needs of the trainees.
