| Abstract: | This is a report on three working groups of the IRTAC European Consultation ‘Career Guidance in Further, Higher and Continuing Education’, University of London, December 16–20, 1983. The three working groups focused their discussion on the following themes: - The expectations of those contemplating further and/or higher education. - The selection and training of the career guidance team. - The design, implementation and evaluation of career guidance programmes. |
