试论干部教育教学过程中主客体关系的动态性

摘    要:干部教育的教学过程中因教学形式和教学对象的不同而使得教学主客体的关系呈现一定的动态性。在讲授式教学中,教学过程主客体关系较为符合传统的“双主体说”;在研究式教学中符合“学生单主体说”;在案例式、模拟式和体验式教学中符合“二因素说”。培训机构应把握好主客体关系的动态性,提升干部教育培训质量。
