基于创新能力培养的公共管理学科案例教学改革研究

摘    要:创新能力培养是高校教学改革的重要导向,而案例教学是创新能力培养的重要途径。基于创新能力培养的公共管理学科案例教学改革,应体现公共管理学科特点,针对教师角色错位、教学经验不足、学生自主性差、参与程度较低、案例资源匮乏、使用效果不佳、环境设施较差、反馈环节缺失等现存问题,推进公共管理学科案例教学理念革新与目标创新、师资建设与资源开发、方法创新及过程优化、评价改革及管理变革,促进公共管理创新人才培养。

Abstract:The cultivation of innovation ability plays an important role in teaching reform in colleges and universities while case teaching is an important way to cultivate innovation ability.The case teaching reform of public administration based on the cultivation of innovation ability should reflect the characteristics of this discipline.Aiming at the existing problems,such as teachers role dislocation and insufficient teaching experience,students poor autonomy and less participation,cases lack of resources and worse effect,bad environmental facilities,and deficiency of feedback link,the paper promotes the idea and target innovation,teacher construction and resource development,method innovation and process optimization,and evaluation reform and management reform for case teaching in public administration to advance public administration talents training.
