宁波市基础教育名优教师人才环境及其优化

高水平实施人才强市战略,加快打造高素质人才发展首选地,为建设现代化滨海大都市和共同富裕先行市提供强大人才支撑是宁波市委市政府作出的重要部署。优质的基础教育是一个城市产生人才虹吸效应的重要因素,培育并使用好基础教育界高层次人才十分关键。基于宁波市基础教育名优教师356个样本,从名优教师的培育情况、人才使用情况、人才保留情况、人才政策感知等方面的调查与现状分析。提出了进一步营造尊师重教的浓厚氛围、续航名优教师的专业发展、优化名优教师的政策保障等三个方面针对性的建议。

Talent Environment and Optimization for Prestigious and Excellent Teachers in Ningbo

It is an important deployment made by the Ningbo municipal Party committee and the Ningbo municipal government to implement the strategy of strengthening the city with talents at a high level,accelerate the construction of the first choice for the development of high-quality talents,and provide strong talent support for the construction of a modern coastal metropolis and a leading City for common prosperity.High quality basic education is an important factor for a city to produce talent siphon effect.It is very important to cultivate and use high-level talents in basic education.This study investigated 356 prestigious and excellent teachers in basic education in Ningbo,and analyzed the current situation from the aspects of the cultivation of famous and excellent teachers,the use of talents,the retention of talents,the perception of talent policy and so on.It also puts forward targeted suggestions from three aspects:further creating a strong atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing education,further continuing the professional development of famous and excellent teachers,and further optimizing the policy guarantee of famous and excellent teachers.
