| 摘 要： | 《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》的实施将对区域经济产生重大影响。对原产地规则中原产地标准、产品特定原产地累积原则、区域价值成分计算、微小加工和处理、微小含量和直接运输等基本规则和原产地证明进行要点分析,有助于企业确定自身在区域产业链、供应链和价值链中的位置,调整经营策略,以降低经营成本、增强竞争力。

| Abstract: | The implementation of Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement(RCEP)will have a significant impact on the regional economy.Through the analysis on the key points of RCEP rules of origin,such us the origin standard,the product-specific rules,the cumulation,the calculation of regional value content,the minimal operations and processes,minor processing and treatment,minor content and direct transportation,etc.,the enterprise can accurately locate its position in the regional industrial chain,supply chain and value chain,and re formulate the operation strategy,in order to reduce operating costs and enhance competitiveness. |
