浅论高校仪器设备利用增长率

仪器设备是保证高校教学、科研的物质基础,也是培养高素质、创新型人才的有力保障,是高校综合实力及学术研究水平的重要标志,充分利用仪器设备才能更好地为教学科研服务。但是数量众多的普通仪器设备利用率如何计算考核,对高校实验管理部门是一个难题。本文分析了困难的原因,并做了初步的论述和探索,提出了仪器设备利用增长率的概念并进行了探讨,在此基础上总结出利用增长率计算公式,对计算的合理性和意义进行了阐述。

Utilization Growth Rate of Experimental Instruments in Universities

Experimental instruments,which are not only the material basis for teaching and research but also the guarantee for cultivation of higher-level creative talents in universities,are the key index of comprehensive strength and academic research of a university.Making full use of the experimental instruments will serve teaching and researching better.However,it is difficult for the experimental administration section to evaluate the utilization rate of so many experimental instruments.In this paper,after analyzing the possible reasons for this problem,a concept-utilization growth rate of experimental instrument-is presented.The detailed formula for utilization growth rate of experimental instruments is proposed.Furthermore,the connotation and rationality of this concept are discussed.
