On Principal Virtue

Only when a principal has many virtues and practices moral leadership can he build a moral school. The virtues of caritas and loving life can impel a principal to take humanism as the management idea; modesty and dedication can drive a principal to serve both teachers and students; abstention and prudence may provoke a principal to rethink and control the management process; justness and integrity can ensure a principal to take democratic and cooperative methods; possessing the virtues of generosity and catholicity, a principal can give teachers a flexible and middle evaluation.
