| 摘 要： | 澜沧卫军民指挥使司是明王朝为了加强对云南边疆民族地区的统治，统摄金沙江上游一带的土司地界，以达到其大一统的政治目的而在北胜州（今永胜）设置的军政合一的政府机构。它客观上却推动了当时永胜政治经济化的发展，在社会历史发展进程中具有积极的进步作用。

| Abstract: | Subordinate to Ming dynasty, Lancang guard administration was a military and civil institution in Beisheng prefecture (Yongsheng county ).It aimed to further rule frontier nationalities of Yunnan province and to govern upper-reach territories of Golden Sand River of chieftains in order to realize its political motive of ultimate unification. Objectively, it sped up the temporary political and economic development of Yongsheng county; it also played a positive role in social development. |
