所有制性质不是当代历史条件下判断社会制度性质的根本标准

生产力是社会制度更替变迁的终极因素,所有制性质如果舍弃了生产力标准会从根本上失去对社会制度的标志作用。科学技术成为第一生产力的当代历史条件下,生产关系内部各要素之间的互动关系发生了重大变化,即所有制的地位相对下降,人与人相互关系和分配形式的作用相对上升。社会主义制度建立、巩固、发展的核心问题是共产党的领导及其“三个代表”科学理论与社会实践的有机统一。人们不必要也不可能事先给定一个恒久不变的社会主义模式,用以裁剪当前乃至将来生动的社会主义实践进程。

The Nature of Ownership is not the Fundamental Standard for Judging the Social System under Current Historical Circumstances

Productivity is the decisive factor of the change of social regime. Without the standard of productivity, the nature of ownership will lose its indicative function to social regime. Nowadays, science and technology has become the first productivity. Under these circumstances, the dynamic relations among those factors within productive relationship have greatly changed. That is to say, the function of ownership has decreased, while the relations among people and distribution forms have played a more and more important part. The primary problem of the foundation, solidification and advance of socialism is the leadership of the Communist Party of China as well as the accordance between the scientific theory "three represents" and social practice. We don't have to and couldn' t define a permanent model of socialism in advance to determine the progress of socialist practice at present or even in the future.
