摘 要: | 天麻素是天麻的主要活性成分,药理作用多样,应用广泛。近来,天麻素对神经系统的作用研究受到越来越多的关注。目前的研究结果认为天麻素具有镇痛、镇静、催眠、抗惊厥、抗癫痫、抗神经退行性疾病等神经药理作用。其作用机制尚未完全阐明,现有结果显示其神经保护机制与抑制星形胶质细胞活化、抑制降钙素基因相关肽表达、降低背根神经节的必奋性、激活苯二氮草类受体、降低脑内多巴胺与玄甲肾上腺素的含量、维持脑内氨基酸神经递质的平衡以及抑制脑内神经突触重塑等密切相关。

Abstract: | Gastrodin is a main chemical constituent in Gastrodia elata blume and has been widely used in clinical application with various therapeutic effects. Current studies suggest that gastrodin has analgesic, sedative, hypnosis, anti-convulsant, antiepileptic, antineurodegenerative diseases, and so on. Its mechanism of action is not fully understood,yet existing results suggest that its neuroprotective mechanism is closely related to inhibiting the activation of astrocytes, reducing the expression of CGRP,lowering DRG excitability, activating benzodiazepine receptor,reducding the amount of dopamine and norepinephrine,balancing the amino acid neurotransmitter, and inhibiting brain synaptic remodeling in the brain. |
