| 摘 要： | 全面质量控制(Total Quality Control，TQC)是已经得到普及的科学的质量管理方法。其实质是依靠全体员工对生产、经营、服务过程进行全方位的系统化管理，最大限度地改进产品、工作以及服务的质量水平，提高企业的经济效益。依据TQC原理建立起来的PDCA(计划、实施、检查、处理)循环模式是企业质量管理中一种有效的工作方法。本文将全面质量控制的PDCA循环模式应用于植筋技术质量管理中，保证了本工程植筋的质量达到了预期的目标。

| Abstract: | Total Quality Control is scientific management that has been put into used widely. Its core relys on the entire systematic management towards production, operation, and services that the staff take part in. It also improves the quality of product, work and service in a large extent as well as to increase enterprise's economic benefits. PDCA circulation set up according to TQC is one of the effective working methods in enterprise's management. This paper will have put this effective management PDCA circulation into the operation of reinforcing bar planting quality to ensure the quality of reinforcing bar planting achieved the aim set before. |
