大学生焦虑症发病风险分析:以某大学体育学院为例

为了调查分析高校大学生焦虑现状和发病率,提高人们对大学生焦虑的关注度和大学生对焦虑预防和干预能力,本文采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)调查工具,运用问卷调查法,对某大学体育学院2015级258学生进行调查,结果表明有焦虑症状者占37%,其中,社会体育班级的学生有焦虑症者居多,男女焦虑情况比例存在显著差异性。

Risk Analysis of Anxiety Disorder among College Students:A Case Study of One Sport College in University

To investigate anxiety status and incidence among college students,and raise people’s awareness of college students anxiety and its prevention and intervention capabilities,this paper adopts the self-evaluation of anxiety scale(SAS)survey tool,carries out a questionnaire survey for 258 students in Grade 2015 of one sport college in university.The result shows that 37%students are with anxiety symptoms,most of which are social sports majors,and there are significant differences between male and female students.
