学友关系的道德失范及其伦理回归

学生在处理学友关系时的道德失范主要表现在恶意对待同伴和缺乏真诚两方面。从美德论来看,学生在与学友相处过程中所表现出的狭隘心胸、冷漠态度和虚伪表现呼唤宽容、友善、忠诚等美德的滋养,学友之间应当化对抗为对话,变对手为朋友;从功利论来看,学生在处理学友关系时的道德失范行为会导致情感互动荡然无存,学业互助消失殆尽;从道义论来看,学友交往中的恶意行为违背人道主义原则和真诚原则。我们倡导的学友伦理关系的道德理想是以诚相待,砥砺同行,珍视友谊。

Moral Anomie and its Ethical Return in the Relationship between Schoolmates

The moral anomie of students in dealing with the relationship between schoolmates is mainly manifested in two aspects:malice towards schoolmates and lack of sincerity.From the point of view of virtue theory,the narrow-minded,indifferent attitude and hypocrisy displayed by students in the process of getting along with their classmates call for the nourishment of virtues such as tolerance,friendliness and loyalty.Students should turn confrontation into dialogue and turn rivals into friends.From the utilitarianism point of view,students’moral anomies in dealing with the relationship between schoolmates will lead to the disappearance of emotional interaction and the disappearance of academic mutual assistance.From the point of view of deontology,the malicious behavior in the intercourse of fellow students violates the principle of humanitarianism and sincerity.The moral ideal of schoolmates ethical relationship that we advocate is to treat each other with sincerity,to strive for peers,and to cherish friendship.
