| 摘 要： | 英语口语的提高是一个长期渐进的过程。相对于准确度而言，流利是提高英语口语表达能力的基础，它能增强学习者的信心，提高学习者的兴趣。基于人类学习语言的规律，文章从宏观的角度提出科学的学习步骤（流利－准确－自由对话），并对影响流利程度、准确程序以及对话自由程度的原因进行了由浅入深的分析；从微观的角度提出具体的方法：纠正发音、背诵范文、作口头陈述、确定练习伙伴、扩大知识面。

| Abstract: | Improving spoken English is a long proecss.Compared with accuracy,fluency is the basis in this process because fluent English can build up learners' confidence and arouse their interest.Based on the laws of studying languages and their experience in studying and teaching English,the author illustrates how to improve spoken English-fluency,accuracy and free talk,and the factors that affect these three aspects.Then the author focuses on specific methods for the improvement.This is both a summary of previous studies and a breadthrough in the research into English study and teaching. |
