论弹性学制下高校学生的思想政治教育

弹性学制是一种全新的教学管理制度。由于行政班级的解体，弹性学制对思想政治教育的主要渠道、教育方式、管理体制、传统观念等带来挑战。面对挑战，思想政治教育工作者要坚持继承与借鉴、针对性与实效性、思想政治教育与专业知识教育相结合的原则，积极探索思想政治教育的新方法和新途径。

On the Challenge to the Ideological Education for College Students within the Framework of the Flexible Credit System and Its Countermeasures

The flexible credit system is an updated method employed in the teaching management. As a result of the disintegration of the former administrative classification of students, the flexible credit system has brought forth some new challenge to the main channel, teaching ways, managing system, and even those traditional ideas for the ideological education in today's universities. For the purpose of meeting this challenge, we should adhere to the principle of combining inheritance with critical leaning, focus point with practical effect, and the ideological education with that of special knowledge. Meanwhile, some new methods for the ideological education of the college students ought to be explored actively.
