蔡元培在青岛活动述略

蔡元培与青岛有特殊的情谊。他曾于1903年、1929年、1930年、1934年和1935年数次来青。蔡元培力主创办了国立青岛大学，筹建青岛水族馆，并在胶济铁路中学和青岛市立中学发表演说。蔡元培对青岛的高等教育、海洋科学教育事业具有奠基作用。他对青岛基础教育，特别是中学体育美育和中学教师专业素质的提高也极为关垂。

Cai Yuanpei's Educational Activities in Qingdao

Cai Yuanpei had a special friendship with Qingdao and he came to Qingdao many times in the year of 1903,1929,1930,1934 and 1935.Cai Yuanpei fended to found national Qingdao University and prepared to establish Qingdao Aquarium.He also made speeches in Jiaoji Railway Middle School and Qingdao Municipal Middle School.He laid foundation of the high education and the education of Qingdao.He showed great care towards the elementary education in Qingdao,especially and teachers' professional quality in middle schools.
