新形势下中等职业学校的德育工作

中等职业学校要抓住学生心理变化，加强德育。德育形式应体现新思维、新途径，强化思想政治的导向性、道德品质的可塑性、行为习惯的养成性。要根据职业教育的规律和特点，创造性地开展德育工作，使之逐步规范化、系统化、科学化和制度化，培养思想素质过硬、业务素质精莨、具有创新能力的高素质人才。
