论信息管理与信息系统专业的需求变迁与目标定位

当前信息管理与信息系统专业人才培养规格与社会需求匹配度不高,存在就业困难、就业质量不高等现象。专业特征不够鲜明、学生核心竞争力不足是造成这一现象的重要原因。从IT技术发展角度论述了计算机专业和信息管理与信息系统专业在满足社会需求方面的互动关系,指出了当前信息管理与信息系统专业的人才培养任务,建议改变传统信息系统建设参与者角色为咨询监督角色,提出了独立于信息系统建设过程、加强咨询审计功能的专业定位建议。

On the Requirement Change and Objective Orientation of Information Management and Information System Major

Currently, the talents majoring in information management and information system can＇t fully meet social demands, resulting in difficult employment and low-quality employment. Unclear professional features and students＇ poor core competitiveness are the main factors causing the situation. From the perspective of IT technology development, this paper elaborated the interaction of computer major and information management and information system major with social demands, pointed out the training tasks of the current information management and information system major, suggested the change of the traditional role of the information system constructor to the counselor and supervisor, proposed suggestions on the process independent of information system construction, and the enhancing of the professional orientation of consulting and auditing function.
