地方本科高校转型发展背景下金属材料工程专业人才培养的思考

地方本科高校向应用技术类高校转型发展已经成为必然趋势及紧迫的任务,转型的成功与否关系到学校的前途和命运,甚至影响到现代职业教育体系的建设。本文以我校金属材料工程专业为例,从人才培养目标定位、师资队伍组建、教学内容革新、培养方式改革、实践环节设置等五个方面进行了探讨,以期为地方本科院校相关专业的转型发展提供借鉴和启示。

Pondering on the Cultivation of Metal Material Engineer-ing Talents in the Background of the Transformation and ;Development of Local Undergraduate Universities

The transformation of local undergraduate universities to applied and technical universities has become an inevitable trend and urgent task, as whether the transformation will be successful or not relates to the future and destiny of the universities,even influences the construction of a modern vocational education system. Exemplified by the major of metal material engineering at our university, this paper explored from such five aspects as the orientation of talent cultivation aims, the construction of teaching staffs, the innovation of teaching contents, the reform of training methods, and the setting of practice process, aiming to provide a reference and inspiration for the transformation and development of related majors in local undergraduate universities.
