教育与人的社会素质

摘    要:哲学意义上的本质涵盖着人的自然本性、社会本性和思维本性(主体性”。人的本质在教育学层面上表现为人的素质,即人的自然素质、社会素质和主体素质。人的自然素质和主体素质都不能够 孤立地存在,需要融合于人的社会素质之中。因而人的社会素质是人的核心素质。人的社会素质具有现实性和中介性,它包括公民素质和职业素质两个基本方面。教育的功能就在提升人的自然素质和主体素质并将其消融于人的社会素质之中,完成个体发展与社会发展之间的相互调适与过渡,促进人的社会素质的全面发展。

Abstract:The essence of human nature in terms of philosophy includes human being's natural nature,social nature and subject consciousness.The demonstration of human nature in terms of education is identified by people's qualities(e.q.natural qualities,social qualities and subject qualities).The natural qualities and subject qualities can not exist isolatedly,and must be merged with social qualities.So the social qualities are the core of people's qualities.The social qualities have two aspects;citizen qualities and professional qualities which are realistic and intermediary.The function of education is to raise one's natural qualities and subject qualities and to merge them into social qualities,so that the individual development and social development can go hand in hand,thus promoting the all-round development of people's social qualities.
