摘    要:施工企业的人力资源管理作为企业发展的关键战略,已引起管理者的重视。高职院校的建工专业作为为施工企业输送专业化的技术及管理人才的主体,研究如何培养能够满足企业当下和长期发展需求的优秀人才是当务之急。笔者深入施工企业内部,研究现阶段施工企业内部人力资源管理的特点,提出了有针对性的、以岗位需求为目标的职业生涯规划教育方案,深入探索校企合作的具体实现途径。

Abstract:The human resources management of construction enterprises has attracted the attention of managers as the key strategy of enterprise development.The construction engineering major of higher vocational colleges is the main body of professional technology and management talents for construction enterprises.And the development of outstanding talents is a top priority.Going deep into the construction enterprise,the authors study the characteristics of the internal human resources management of the construction enterprise at the present stage,propose a targeted career planning education program aiming at the post needs,and deeply explore the concrete realization ways of school-enterprise cooperation.
