摘 要: | 本研究采用教师工作压力量表与工作满意度量表对316名教师进行问卷调查,探讨了学校管理严格程度、工作压力和工作满意度三者间关系。结果表明,工作压力在学校管理严格程度与工作满意度之间起到部分中介作用。

Abstract: | 316 instructors were surveyed using the Work Stress and Job Satisfaction Scale.The relationship between school management rigor,job stress and job satisfaction were discussed.The results show that teachers'job pressure plays a partial intermediary role between the strictness of school management and the job satisfaction. |
