| 摘 要： | 分析与探讨了电子健康的安全问题、隐私保护、医患关系和"祛人化"问题,认为电子健康是医疗保健走向信息化、数字化和电子化的系统过程,是医疗保健范式的革命,代表了医疗保健发展的未来。发展电子健康的根本目的是提高医疗保健的效率,增强人的医疗保健的观念,提高公众的健康水平。
