| 摘 要： | 党的十七大报告第一次明确提出了生态文明理念,这为我国当前和未来发展模式与前进方向提供了理论依据。生态文明理念丰富了宏大的中国特色社会主义理论体系,同时它也是实践科学发展观的重要体现。为此,正确、客观地理解生态文明理念是理论和实践关键所在。

| Abstract: | The concept of ecological civilization have firstly been determined in the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.It points out the developmental pattern of our country's further future.The concept of ecological civilization has developed the theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.At the same time,it is necessary to put into practice of the Scientific Outlook.Therefore,it is crucial to accurately and objectively understand the concept of the Ecological civilization. |
